The app can't locate me?

If the app cannot determine your location, please make sure you have your Location Services turned on for Hailo. You will find this in the settings of your smartphone.

Tip: Our app uses wifi to determine your location, as well as GPS. It’s not necessary to have wifi switched on, but if you do, we’ll be able to find your location much more accurately.
