My app has crashed or frozen, what do I do?

If you have an iPhone (or iPad) and your app has crashed or frozen, you can perform a ‘Force Quit’. This can be done by tapping twice on the home button to show all your open apps at the bottom of the screen. Touch and hold the Hailo app for a second. You should see all the open apps ‘wobble’ and display a cancel icon. Tap the cancel icon on the Hailo app to quit and then open the app again in the normal way.

For Android go to Settings - Applications - Manage Applications. Then choose the Hailo app, tap Force Stop and then OK. You can then open the app again in the normal way.
